Simply WhatsApp or DM us a photo of your item, and we help you from there onwards!

After you message us and we have a deal, we'll take care of the rest. This is where your work ends, and our begins. Here’s what we will do, in order:

· Logistics/Pickup as per your convenience,
· Cataloguing with pictures, details, sizing, pricing, and so on.
· Treatment, wash and/or dry clean as per article guidelines, steam and press.
· Packaging and preparing for shipping and delivery.
· Selling & Delivery to its new owner and home.

You set a price range for your item, and we make it happen, or you let us assess and set price! We add a small percent margin on top of the price range you quoted for your item. This margin helps cover our operational costs, like logistics, cataloguing, treatment, packaging, and shipping.

Once your item finds its new home, you'll receive the full amount you quoted in any of your provided payment methods in full within 72 hours.

Once an item has been sold and shipped, it's out of our hands. But before that, if you change your mind or are unhappy with the process, let us know and we will take action accordingly, which can range from returning the items to you or providing you with other suitable solutions.
